Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern the use of APPDYNTECH ERP by client companies, their administrators, employees, and authorised platform users. By using the platform, you agree to these terms.
Service Scope
APPDYNTECH ERP provides configurable SaaS modules for HR, attendance, payroll, onboarding, offboarding, invoicing, procurement, inventory, analytics, and related business workflows depending on the subscription and module selections of each client organisation.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for the accuracy of the company, employee, payroll, statutory, and operational data entered into the platform, for maintaining authorised user access, and for ensuring lawful use of the service in their jurisdiction.
Billing and Subscription
Subscription charges may include onboarding fees, yearly maintenance charges, taxes, and optional module fees. First-year billing may include onboarding plus yearly subscription. Coupons, promotions, and discounts apply only as explicitly configured by APPDYNTECH ERP.
Availability and Changes
We may enhance, modify, suspend, or discontinue features as part of ongoing product development, security, compliance, or maintenance. We aim to maintain service reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability at all times.
Product Validation Boundaries
Payroll, statutory, finance, inventory valuation, and matching outputs require customer review and, where applicable, qualified professional validation. Features under active pilot or integration development must not be treated as accountant-certified, statutory filing advice, or biometric identity verification.
Acceptable Use
Users must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with service operations, upload unlawful material, or use the service in ways that violate contractual, legal, regulatory, or privacy obligations.
