First-year pricing uses the account capacity selected during onboarding. Renewal capacity can be adjusted at the commercial review before the next annual term.
Greenfield setup is simpler. Migration, parallel run, custom integrations, and advanced data cleanup are separately assessed and approved.
Document intake, BUDDY actions, and automation remain reviewable and auditable. High-volume AI or managed support can be quoted as an add-on.
