APPDYNTECH ERP provides multi-tenant ERP, HR, payroll, attendance, billing, and operational workflow services for client businesses. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when organisations and their employees use the platform.
Information We Collect
We may collect company registration details, admin contact information, employee profile information, attendance records, leave requests, payroll data, billing data, uploaded documents, and authentication details such as Google account email addresses or email-password credentials.
How We Use Information
We use information to provide ERP services, onboard companies, manage subscriptions, authenticate users, generate payroll and payslips, support compliance review, maintain audit trails, and improve platform reliability and support.
Data Sharing
We do not sell customer data. Information may be shared with trusted infrastructure, payment, authentication, and email service providers only to the extent required to operate APPDYNTECH ERP and deliver requested services.
Security
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and operational safeguards to protect platform data. However, no internet-based service can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and customers remain responsible for safeguarding their own account access credentials.
Retention
We retain customer data for as long as required to provide services, meet legal or compliance obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Decommissioned customer environments may be retained for backup, audit, or recovery periods before deletion.
Attendance, Location, and Biometric-Adjacent Data
Companies choose permitted attendance methods and obtain required workforce consent. Location evidence is used only for configured attendance controls. APPDYNTECH ERP does not store raw fingerprint or face templates.
Data Processing Addendum
Customer data-processing, retention, incident-notice, and deletion commitments are documented in the applicable customer agreement and data processing addendum.
